Launched in June 2019, the ROV is the ultimate underwater exploration tool. With the ability to dive down to incredible depths of up to 300m, this state-of-the-art camera allows SuRi’s guests to explore unknown or undiveable areas, and capture all their underwater adventures in live 4K quality.
For guests who may be unable to dive themselves, the ROV provides the unprecedented opportunity to join in on dive expeditions from the comfort of SuRi’s deck. Experience vibrant tropical dive sites and journey far below the surface with vision so clear you’ll feel as if you’re right there inside the action.
The ROV’s silent operation and low interference will not disturb marine life, making it ideal for wild encounters. Capture extraordinary up-close footage of sharks, dolphins, sea turtles, stingrays, and so much more.
Easy to deploy and control underwater, the ROV also features intelligent auto-stabilisation, high manoeuvrability, depth holding, and a 500m optic fibre tether. Delivering the highest quality output, the ROV can also be used for scientific research, night dives, and hull inspections.
